Low Price Guarantee

If within 14 days from the date of your order, you show us a lower, currently advertised price from a retail store located within the United States with the same item in stock, we will gladly refund the difference between our price and theirs.

Red Rhino Sports Low Price Guarantee does not apply to services, shipping, clearance items, nor does it apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, mail-in offers, free-with-purchase offers, limited quantity offers, bundled promotions and special financing.

The low price guarantee only applies to orders placed on the www.RedRhinoSports.com website or by phone.

Q: How can I get my refund?
A: Please email sales@RedRhinoSports.com. You must email us your order information and proof of a lower price to get the Low Price Guarantee refund. The best way to show proof of price is to email us the competitor’s current ad or website, and their contact information or link to the current advertisement. We reserve the right to call the competitor’s store to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Q: What do you consider to be a "retail store?"
A: "retail store" refers to a competitor’s retail store that is in the USA. Internet-only retailers are exempt from our price matching program, as well as Web-exclusive offers. If you find an Internet retailer with a local retail store honoring its own online prices, we’ll match their price.

Q: Do you match "limited quantity" offers by competitors? What if the item is not indicated as being in limited quantity, but the item is not in stock?
A: Our policy does not apply to retail stores limited quantity offers. In addition, if a retail store is out of stock of the particular item, we will not match the competitor’s price. Being "in stock" means that the item is available for sale and delivery that day. Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item at that price, it is not eligible for price matching.

Q: When calculating a retail stores price, do you take into account mail-in rebates, "free with purchase" offers, or other promotional offers?
A: When calculating a retail stores price we will only consider the competitor’s net price at the point of sale—we will not take into account mail-in rebates or other forms of deferred savings.

A: Yes, when calculating our own price, we will take into account all forms of savings available on the item, including mail-in rebates and other forms of deferred savings.

Q: Can I combine a price match with a separate offer from Red Rhino Sports?
A: No, you have the choice of the local competitor’s offer and price OR our offer and price, but not both. For example, you cannot receive a price match on an item and then apply a coupon or other form of savings to further reduce the price.

Q: Does Red Rhino Sports match the prices of Internet retailers?
A: If you find an Internet retailer with a local retail store honoring its own online prices, we’ll match their price. Internet-only retailers are exempt from our price matching program, as well as Web-exclusive offers. Eligible items must be the same brand and model, and currently in stock at the competitor’s store. Because many Internet retailers are not authorized sellers, we will only match the prices of retail stores located within the United States.

Q: How many days do I have to request a low price guarantee refund?
A: You have 14 days from the date and time of your order.

Q: Will Red Rhino Sports match shipping prices?
A: No. We will not match prices on shipping or services.


Red Rhino Sports reserves the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to Red Rhino Sports in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
