Sales Tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Texas. Texas state laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

For orders being shipped in the continental U.S. we offer several shipping methods:
Super Saver Shipping: Other - Ground. Certain products can be shipped with Super Saver Shipping. This is available to US customers only.
Customers living in the contiguous 48 states can order these products for a $5.99 flat shipping fee.
Customers living in Alaska and Hawaii can order these products for a $9.99 flat shipping fee.
Red Rhino Sports will ship your order with the most economical method available. In most cases that is Fed Ex Smart Post. This will provide a Fed Ex shipment tracking number and will be delivered by the US Postal Service. Most shipments will arrive within 7 to 10 business days, but there is no guaranteed delivery date.
Fed Ex - Ground: This is the next cheapest shipping method and can take up to 7 days. Please see the Fed Ex transit map for an estimate of the delivery time to your area.
- Fed Ex - Express Saver: This will guarantee delivery by the end of the third business day.
- Fed Ex - Second Day Air: This is more expensive but the merchandise will arrive by the end of the 2nd business day.
- Fed Ex - Standard Overnight: The merchandise will arrive by the end of the next business day.
Ground Residential is the default shipping method for addresses in the U.S., if you wish to change it, please choose another shipping method from the pull down menu and click on the update button. We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number after your package is shipped.
For customers in Canada we will use Fed Ex FIMS as your default. This will take about 2 to 5 weeks for your order to arrive. You will have to pay customs-brokerage fees, and duties/tarifs separately. The order is shipped from the US to Canada by Fed Ex and the final delivery is made by the local postal service. To get the order within 2 days, please select Fed Ex International Priority. This shipping method includes the cost for the customs brokerage, but duties/tarifs will have to be paid separately.
- Other International Economy - is considered our Super Saver Shipping method. Most of our products are available for a flat fee of $5.99 for the first product to be shipped to anywhere in the world. Additional products will cost $2.00 extra to ship.
Red Rhino Sports will ship your order with the most economical method available. In most cases that is Fed Ex FIMS. This includes delivery confirmation, but not a guaranteed delivery date. The order is shipped from the US to the destination country by Fed Ex and the final delivery is made by the local postal service. Most shipments will arrive within 3 to 5 weeks on average. In some instances it can take up to 8 weeks to deliver.
If your order is received by 4 PM Central Standard Time on Monday - Friday, we will send it out that day. If you order on a weekend or a public holiday, we will ship your order the next business day. International Economy shipments might take a few extra days to process.
Drop-shipment orders, that are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, will take an additional 1-3 days to process. These types of products are clearly marked in the product descriptions.
RedRhinoSports.com has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for the condition of all regular merchandise offered on the Web site. Customers can return any unused non-customized, and regularly carried stock merchandise, purchased from Red Rhino Sports up to 60 days after receipt of the order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Please package merchandise securely and in original packaging, using Fed Ex, UPS shipping, or US Postal Service Insured. Items returned without the original packaging, after the 60 days after receipt of order, or special orders of items that are not stocked regularly in our inventory will have to be approved. If the return is approved, it will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Please keep the tracking number in a secure place.

- Item returned and reason for return
- Preference of crediting the charge card (if you used one for the purchase), receiving a Red Rhino Sports company check, or exchange (include item requested)

Exceptions to this return policy:
No customized or specially ordered items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or other variation. Customized items include, but are not limited to: numbered jerseys, screen-printed t-shirts, or embroidered polo shirts. Specially ordered items include, but are not limited to: rucking pads, goal-post pads, goals, benches, shoes or appearel not regularly carried in stock such as warm-up suits or uniforms. Customized or specially ordered items can not be returned, unless they are significantly different from what the customer ordered.
If you received a damaged or defective item, Red Rhino Sports will either refund or replace the item free of charge. Please package merchandise securely and return to our office using Fed Ex, UPS shipping, or US Postal Service Insured. Items returned after 30 days of receipt of order, or special orders of items that are not stocked regularly in our inventory, will have to be approved. Please contact customer support within 30 days of delivery at 888-339-8615 x1 or at email@example.com. Please have your order number available to help expedite the process.
Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (Leather, Latex Foam, performance fabrics, etc). It's our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 60 days after the purchase.
If the item is damaged during regular wear and tear in the first 60 days after delivery, Red Rhino Sports will either repair or replace the item free of charge. If the item can not be repaired or replaced, then the customer is eligible for a refund. If the item is damaged during regular wear and tear after the first 60 days after delivery, please contact customer support to see if your return is still covered. Red Rhino Sports will decide if it can be repaired, replaced or if the customer is eligible for a store credit.
Please package merchandise securely and return to our office using Fed Ex, UPS shipping, or US Postal Service Insured. Red Rhino Sports will decide on the best action upon receipt of the damaged item.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item that you received was not what you had actually ordered, or if you receive an item that is damaged by the time that you receive it.
If a gift certificate or a store credit was used to pay for an order, we can not reimburse a credit card. We can only add to the store credit the amount that was originally used. If a gift certificate is to be cancelled, the original buyer will be reimbursed, and not the receipient of the gift certificate.
U.S. credit card law limits your maximum liability to $50 for fraudulent charges made without your knowledge. We’re so sure shopping at Red Rhino Sports with your credit card is safe, that we will pay that $50 charge if a fraudulent charge is made to your card as a direct result of using our shopping site!
International Orders may be subject to tariffs/duties that are charged by the customs office of the customer's country. These charges must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and can not predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Costs: Customers must pay for all charges related to shipping, taxes, duties, and customs related costs.

Returns: We do not offer any exchanges for different sizes, colors or styles. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the quality of our products for international customers. Returns and exchanges are only possible if Red Rhino Sports sends the wrong product. Products might look different than what they look like in the picture on the website. This is due to changes by the manufacturers that they might make from season to season.
Drop Shipments: Products that are normally shipped directly from the supplier must be shipped through our warehouse first. That will add up to a week to the total processing time.
Split Shipments: Orders can not be split up into several shipments. All orders will be held until the entire order is ready to be shipped completely and a single shipment.
What information does RedRhinoSports.com collect and how is it used?
To process and fulfill your order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, and credit card information. This information will not be shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the order. We might request additional information from you in the future. You may choose not to provide this information; although, some products and services might not be available to you unless you provide the additional information. How does RedRhinoSports.com protect customer information?
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server that encrypts all your personal information before it is sent to us to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Once we receive your information, we forward it through secure lines to Authorize.net for processing. We do not store your information on our servers nor retain a copy of your credit card information in our files.
We accept purchase orders from schools and universities. Simply place the order online and select purchase orders as the payment option. Then use the resulting invoice to get your school to write a purchase order.
